The HBE Becker Meyer Love LLP Champion Award Program is an internal peer recognition program designed to distinguish and reward HBE team members who demonstrate Champion qualities and exemplary performance in a specific area. Champion Awards are awarded to HBE employees by HBE employees. Individuals who receive a Champion Award earn official firm recognition in the form of commemorative plaque as well as a small gift for their outstanding service to HBE.
In January, Amanda Cain, Administrative Assistant, was nominated to receive a Champion Award by Jimmy Schulz, Partner, and Scott Scheef, Senior Accountant. Amanda was nominated because she eagerly embraced the task of implementing new internal tax procedures, demonstrating a positive attitude, confident project support and ownership, and a commitment to successful staff training. As a result of the hard work and dedication that Amanda put into the implementation project, accountants are already experiencing positive benefits, helping to make this year’s tax season proceed more smoothly and efficiently.
“Amanda has shown a great attitude and openness toward new tax process changes,” stated Jimmy Schulz. “The new changes put a larger load on her and the administrative team and she has been a leader in implementing and supporting the process.”
Scott Scheef added, “Amanda has shown tremendous motivation and drive to be the champion for implementing new tax procedures. Her commitment to firm-wide training and communication will really help our firm work in a more efficient, paperless manner.”
Congratulations, Amanda! We are proud of the leadership qualities you’ve shown and we applaud you for your Champion-worthy commitment to the successful implementation of our firm’s new tax procedures!
