Some of our clients are surprised to learn that HBE Becker Meyer Love LLP provides human resource and talent selection services. This line of our business naturally evolved from our experience in recruitment and hiring for our own new employees. However, it has expanded to be an important service for our clients.

We have been involved in resume review and interviewing for all accounting, finance and management-related positions for our clients since the inception of our firm in the mid-1970s. As our clients’ needs have evolved, we have assisted with the hiring of positions ranging from bookkeepers and internal accountants to CFOs and executive directors. At times, our clients just ask us to accumulate resumes and assist in selection for interviews. In other instances, we go beyond this basic step to conduct interviews and provide recommendation for employment. We also work with outside resources for background checks and various employment related assessment tools.

Our human resource services do not always end when an employee is hired. We also provide assistance with employee annual reviews and overall consulting related to the employee training and development process.
