HBE is pleased to announce the addition of Scott Ensor and Judy Fischer to our leadership team!

Scott Ensor joined our team in March as our Firm Administrator. Scott brings with him eight plus years of experience in managing a front office for a hotel and conference center. As our Firm Administrator, Scott has already shown us his leadership skills in office management and administrative team supervision. Originally from Tecumseh, Nebraska, Scott still lives in southeast Nebraska with his wife and two children. Scott is on the Elder Board at the Syracuse Baptist Church. In his free time, Scott loves being outdoors playing softball, hiking, and camping. Scott is looking forward to getting to know the HBE team members and clients and is ready to work with people at all levels of the firm on a variety of operational initiatives. Scott is motivated to put his new ideas, strengths, and knowledge into action.

Judy Fischer joined our team in June as our Human Resources Manager. Judy brings with her over 35 years of experience working in the Human Resources field. As a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) and The Society for Human Resources Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP®), Judy is a valuable asset to HBE, contributing specialized leadership skills, strengths, and expertise. Judy is from Humphrey, Nebraska, and currently resides in Lincoln. She enjoys spending time with her three children and four grandchildren. (Her fifth grandchild is due in August!) Judy serves as the State Conference Director for Human Resources Nebraska, where she focuses on advancing the HR profession and empowering leaders. Judy is looking forward to getting to know everyone here at HBE, and is eager to use her unique talents to enhance HBE’s Human Resources Department.
