HBE’s Statewide Presence Broadens with Merger of Omaha Firm
HBE LLP, a leading Nebraska accounting and consulting firm, is pleased to announce a merger with the Omaha firm of Fuhrman, Smolsky & Furey, P.C., effective October 16, 2018. The merger will broaden HBE’s statewide presence and strengthen the firm’s accounting and financial management services in the Omaha market.
Founded in 1987, FS&F partners, Anne Fuhrman, John Smolsky, and Kevin Furey, have served individuals and businesses from their Omaha office for over 30 years. The firm offers a wide variety of professional services including accounting, audit, tax planning and preparation, and specialized consulting.

Following the completion of the merger, Anne, John, and Kevin will become part of HBE’s partner group. They and their team will continue to serve clients from their existing office, located at 9802 Nicholas Street in Omaha.
