The Best Accounting Firms to Work For program evaluates participating firms through a two-part process that examines workplace policies, practices, and benefits, along with employees’ perspectives on their workplace experience. The results are analyzed by Best Companies Group to identify firms demonstrating strong workplace cultures and high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction.
